Take a stroll through a distinguished and burgeois city

It was in this direction that the city expanded from the hill of the Castle. Get to know the downtown area (“Baixa Pombalina”) accurately rebuilt following the 1755 earthquake, which had its epicentre in the Arch of Rua Augusta and kept Carmo on its feet, despite the catastrophe.

 As distinguished and bourgeois as its cafés, theatres, bookshops and art deco façades that stretch through Príncipe Real, the city’s trendiest quarter, and the amazing S. Pedro de Alcântara Garden. Just across the street, take a look at the popular Bairro Alto, which completely changes at night.

We stop for a few minutes at the picturesque Rua da Bica and then at the Adamastor viewpoint to feel the Tejo estuary in all its splendour and we go down towards the National Parliament. For a grandiose close, we wind up at the Estrela Basilica and Park, to rest under the sun.

Group sightseeing

We can carry up to 6 people in an electric vehicle, the e-Tuk. Or up to 3 people in a Piaggio Calessino vehicle. We can also book several vehicles for larger groups.

Traffic management

Tuk Tuks are fast vehicles, agile in bypassing the traffic, taking shortcuts and side streets and revealing recesses that large tourist vehicles cannot get to.

Comfort riding

Comfort is a priority in our Tuk Tuks. Seats are comfy, handmade and prepared to drive through less sunny days, ensuring the same comfort and safety as a car.

Rossio

The main central square of Lisbon in the heart of the city. The Portuguese take pride in their great square with its nauseating stone paving and imposant fountains. Students come here to hang around and tourists to enjoy overpriced coffee.

Terreiro do Paço

Also known as Praça do Comércio, is one of the biggest squares in Europe. Before the earthquake in 1755, there used to be a palace, but after was completely remodeled as part of the Pombaline Downtown.

São Roque Church

Known as one of the most graceful and garnished churches of Lisbon, the church of São Roque dates from the 16th century and it was among the first Jesuit churches in the world. Most of the chapels are made in Baroque style.

Miradouro de Santa Catarina

Also know as Adamastor because of a huge statue of the mythical figure created by Camões to symbolise the Cape of Tormen, it is in vouge among the youngest generation, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink and good music.

Basílica da Estrela

Dates from 1779 and it was the first carmelite church in the world dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  After delighting in its spectacular architecture, you will understand why you can’t leave Lisbon without visiting the Basílica da Estrela.

BOOK YOUR TOUR

You can easily book a tour online,  choosing the right date for you. As soon as the booking is confirmed,  we’ll contact you to establish the rest of the details such as the pick-up hours and location. You can also book a tour by phone or email.

WE PICK YOU UP

The pick up  location is previously established, you just name it and we will get there. It can be near your accommodation (has to be downtown) or a random  place in the city center. We normally drop you off downtown.

ADVENTURE BEGINS

After getting informed and putting together all the necessary details to make this happen, you’re about to start the adventure. We’ll make sure that you’ll have fun all the way and do our best to make your experience unforgettable.
